Signs of dehydration phase 1 (mild or moderate):
- Dry or sticky mouth
- Not peeing very much
- Dark yellow pee
- Dry, cool skin
- Muscle cramps
Signs of dehydration phase 2 (severe):

- Very dry skin
- Feeling dizzy
- Rapid heartbeat
