Refund policy

RETURNS
At TRAIL FORTY we believe in the products we offer and want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date on most items (see exceptions below).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. The original purchaser is required to complete the return.

To start the return process please contact service@trailforty.com to request a return shipping label. We cannot refund any return shipping cost if the return item is shipped with any shipping label other than the one provided by our customer service department. We will also ask you the reason for the return as this information will help us serve you and our customers better in the future.

Some health and personal care items
Leitner Designs Racks and Accessories (please contact manufacturer)
Out Gear Recreation Hammocks and Accessories (please contact manufacturer)

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you are requesting an exchange, your exchange will ship immediately upon receiving your return.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the refund has been approved. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that some credit card companies may take some time before the refund is posted. Please contact your credit card company or bank first if the refund has not been posted within 5 business days.
